Job Description:

• Schedule structure: Mostly 9-10 hour shifts. Occasional 12 hour shifts.

• Procedures expected: laceration repairs, I&D, FB removal, full eye exam
• Patient population: Mixed based on site (underserved vs upper middle class, rural vs urban, young families vs retirement community - large variety)

• Supervision model: strong physician oversight, collaborative approach

• Base compensation: Tiered pay, Tier 3 $85/hour base with RVU up to >$95. Plus benefits package
