BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Make Ready Technician to support an apartment community in Chattanooga, TN. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on apartment turnover experience who takes pride in preparing units for new residents and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Complete unit turns, including painting, drywall, caulking, and touch-ups
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Replace light fixtures, outlets, switches, and other basic components
• Clean and maintain apartments to move-in-ready standards
• Complete work orders and turnover tasks efficiently
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Maintain curb appeal and common areas as needed
Minimum Requirements:
• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on schedule
• Own basic hand tools preferred
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
