Role Description The Managing Director Corporate Finance is a full-time remote role responsible for leading complex corporate finance engagements and overseeing client relationships. On a day-to-day basis, this role structures and executes transactions, including capital raises and M&A deals, prepares and reviews financial models and valuation analyses, and provides strategic advice on financing, capital structure, and growth initiatives. The Managing Director will guide deal teams, allocate responsibilities, and ensure high-quality deliverables such as pitch materials, investment memoranda, and board presentations. This position also involves sourcing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The role requires independent decision-making, proactive management of deal timelines, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.\n
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services, including corporate finance concepts, capital markets, valuation, and transaction execution.

• Solid Accounting skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess financial health, and support due diligence processes.

• Proven experience in Strategic Planning, including developing business plans, evaluating growth strategies, and advising on capital structure and long-term financial objectives.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including deal sourcing, negotiation, structuring, integration planning, and stakeholder management.
\n
• Extensive experience in senior client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust, communicate complex financial topics clearly, and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, mentoring professionals, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture in a remote environment.

• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with financial modeling tools, and strong attention to detail.

• Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are beneficial.

• Comfort working remotely, with effective time management, self-direction, and reliable digital communication skills.
