# Work a Compressed Week with No Weekends
Enjoy a consistent Monday to Thursday schedule from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hour for lunch. We will work occasionally on a Friday until about noon. Friday work days depend on the doctors schedule. There are no hygiene patients on Fridays. This schedule provides full-time hours while allowing for predictable time off.

You will also work with Nitrous Oxide and manage patient information using Dentrix practice management software. The practice upholds sterilization and infection control standards with an M11 Ultraclave, RH-Pro11 Dry Heat Sterilizer, and Embio Class B Sterilizer.
# Comprehensive Family-Owned Practice
Join a family-owned and operated practice that has served Fredericksburg since 2004, offering comprehensive care from routine checkups to advanced treatments like dental implant restorations. The practice sees an average of 50 new patients a month, with a patient demographic consisting of 60% retirement age and 40% young families and working individuals. The team includes 1 Dentist, 3 Full-time and 1 Part-time Hygienist, 2 Front Office staff, and 3 Dental Assistants.
Registered Dental Assistant - RDA
Job Description- Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
- Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
full-time $19 - $24 per hour
