Required Skills & Experience Epic Cadence Certification (required) 3–5+ years of Epic Cadence build experience (hands-on configuration, not just support) Proven experience with: Guided Scheduling (critical), Decision Tree build and optimization, Referral workflows (referrals → scheduling) Strong experience supporting ambulatory / physician office scheduling workflows Deep understanding of: Scheduling rules, Access models, Template management Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable Epic solutions Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
